DEUX MOULINS

Les Deux Moulins is a wonderful project based in the Loire.  They source fruit from the central Loire Vineyards, between Anjou and Tours, with the focus on producing delicious Sauvignon Blanc in a lean, Sancerre-inspired style.  Simple vinification at very low temperatures in stainless steel, retains terrific aromatics but not at the expense of some structure and body. Remarkably good and inexpensive.
