Producer

Sixth-generation winemakers from the Languedoc, the family purchased the Pradugues vineyard in 1966 and the Fondugues vineyard shortly after. They are dedicated to low-intervention farming practises, working the vineyards by horse and gaining organic and biodynamic certification.

Farming and Winemaking

Their organic and biodynamic certified vineyards are in the heart of Provence, near St Tropez. A holistic approach to farming and no additions during the winemaking allow the terroir to shine. Cinsault and Syrah are co-fermented in stainless steel and kegged with minimal sulphite additions
