With enough Moscato to give amazing aromatics and the Pinot Bianco and Garganega to flesh this out, this is the ultimate aperitivo wine. Totally dry.  

Producer

The Zanovellos farm has 25 hectares of mixed volcanic and clay soils. The vineyards are primarily high (altitude unknown, but one can see the Campanile of St. Mark’s, Venice, on a clear day). New plantings have always aimed to counter the effects of climate change, with clonal selections being made for lower sugar ripeness. 

Farming and Winemaking

Work in the vineyards is carried out in line with organic principles, and this continues into the cellar, where a low-intervention approach is favoured.
