Bernardo sources wines from 5 different regions of Spain. His Tempranillo is from DO Zamora. He is a highly experimental wine and beer maker and thinks outside the box - he even blends his five regional wines into one wine! This Joven Tempranillo is actually from 30-year-old vines, but unlike most Tempranillo, Bernardo doesn’t age his wine in oak and so remains a pure expression of fruit.
