Our GSM is 60% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 5% Mouvedre and we've sourced these organic grapes from the Mediterranean climate of South West France for a full, fruity spicy red, so typical of the area. The vines are 30 years old, planted on clay and limestone at 250-350 m in altitude. The grapes are harvested in the coolness of night, fermented in a mix of concrete and stainless steel tanks with 15 days maceration.
